Job Description
Looking to recruit a Maintenance Carpenter to join a leading property services company based In Basildon areas on a permanent basis
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out responsive and planned repairs to occupied properties around the area achieving a first time fix
- You’ll undertake a variety of carpentry repairs to include worktops, cupboards, doors, skirting, locks, windows, Kitchen and Bathroom repairs and installations
- Able to undertake remedial plumbing, tiling or plastering
- Use PDA to attend jobs and complete assigned tasks
- Work within health and safety processes
Offering £36,000 company van and fuel card and great benefits
Requirements:
- Trade related qualification, city and guilds, NVQ level 2 or equivalent
- Hold a valid full UK driving licence for 12 months as Work van provided
- Ability to deliver great first time fix and exceptional customer service
