Randstad UK CPE team is currently recruiting Traffic Marshalls for an upcoming project in Maidenhead.
Location: Maidenhead
Pay Rate: £15.00 - £17.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Guiding vehicles and heavy machinery through designated routes to ensure smooth traffic flow.
- Using hand signals, signs, and radios to communicate clearly with drivers and operators.
- Monitoring the site for obstructions or unsafe conditions and taking immediate action to mitigate risks.
- Implementing established traffic management plans and ensuring the safety of pedestrians at crossing points.
- Assisting with site security to deter unauthorized access and maintaining accurate records of traffic flow or incidents.
- Participating in toolbox talks and reporting any safety hazards to site management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid NPORS or CPCS Card (Traffic Marshall/Vehicle Marshaller).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Traffic Marshall on utility or large-scale construction sites.
- A recent, checkable work reference is essential.
- A proactive approach to site safety and clear communication skills.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
