We are recruiting for a Manufacturing Technician I for a premier 12-month contract with Thermo Fisher Scientific at their Loughborough (Bakewell Road) site.

What’s in it for you?

  • Great Pay: £13.20/hr (AWD/AWR Salary Equivalent of £24,258).
  • Shift Premium: Plus 14% shift allowance.
  • Shift Pattern: Days (Mon-Fri), alternating weekly between 06:00 - 14:00 and 13:45 - 21:45 (37.5 hours per week).
  • Stability: Secure, long-term 12-month contract with full PPE provided.

The Role

In this physical and active role, you will pack chemicals, use measuring/weighing equipment, update computer-based tracking systems, and ensure all packs are safely sealed, labeled, and palletized in line with safety and UN regulations.
