About the Role: We are seeking a motivated, adaptable, and detail‑oriented PPM Maintenance Engineer to join our fast‑paced Operations team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a hands‑on professional with a strong foundation in facilities maintenance who is eager to upscale their skills in safety, compliance, and multi‑site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Execute weekly PPM tasks across our commercial estate to ensure full site compliance.
  • Data & Asset Tracking: Log, track, and update maintenance progress using internal digital tools and templates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior Maintenance Specialists to ensure accurate asset capture and robust data logging.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support proactive maintenance strategies and identify ways to improve our compliance tracking.
  • Compliance & Logistics: Lead and assist with critical compliance initiatives, including PAT testing, fire extinguisher servicing, and specialist electrical compliance works.

Requirements:

  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
  • City & Guilds PAT Testing qualification.
  • Fire Warden or Fire Extinguisher servicing experience.
