Mobile contract covering sites across Wimbledon & Richmond.
Responsibilities:
- Carpentry - Door hanging
- Assembling furniture
- Plumbing
- Drainage & flushing
- Fire alarm/door testing
- Grouting & Plastering
- Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.
- Basic electrical - lamp changes, sockets
Requirements:
- Experience as a building services fabric engineer/handyperson in a commercial/residential setting
- Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ Painting & Decorating
- Full drivers license
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
