The Role

We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical bias) to manage a prestigious static site in Wimbledon. No travel required - stay on one site and enjoy a stable Monday-Friday routine.

  • Perform PPM and reactive maintenance across site infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot HVAC, lighting, power, and plumbing systems.
  • Ensure full health and safety compliance and maintain site logs.

  • Qualified: Level 3 NVQ/City & Guilds (Electrical or Mechanical).
