The role is the direct second-in-command to the Lead Senior QS on a flagship Midtown/Central London scheme.
You will work in a hands-on commercial capacity, splitting time between a Central London site (3 days) and a North Kent office (2 days), with a 40,000–75,000 basic salary and a 10–20% annual bonus.
