Driver / Labourer Location: Rushden, Northamptonshire Pay Rate: £16.03 per hour PAYE (rolled up holiday pay) Position: Full-Time, Long-Term Ongoing Hours: Monday - Friday 730am to 430pm About the Role We are currently recruiting a reliable Driver / Labourer for a long-term ongoing contract working on a major social housing refurbishment project in and around Rushden . In this role, you will split your time between general site duties and driving the company vehicle to move materials, clear clearance voids, and assist tradespeople across various residential properties. Key Responsibilities Driving company light commercial vehicles (van) to collect, drop off, and transport materials/tools between local sites and suppliers. Assisting tradespeople (carpenters, plumbers, plasterers) with general site clearance and prep work. Loading and unloading materials from vehicles. Ensuring all site safety and driving rules are strictly followed. Requirements Criteria CSCS Card: Valid CSCS card required. Driving Licence: Full UK Driving Licence (Clean or maximum of 3-6 points).
