We are looking for an experienced and driven Site Manager to lead a refurbishment project in Kilmarnock. This is an immediate start for a manager who excels in fast-paced refurb environments and can manage subcontractors effectively to meet tight deadlines.
The Role
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project remains on schedule and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Overseeing all on-site activities and managing specialist subcontractors.
- Ensuring high standards of health and safety and conducting site inductions.
- Monitoring progress against the program and reporting to the Project Manager.
- Quality control and ensuring the refurb is delivered to the required specification.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Valid SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and a CSCS Black Card.
- Experience: Proven track record in refurbishment projects (commercial or residential).
- Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Availability: Must be able to start immediately.
