Project Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead a civil engineering package at a live port facility in Folkestone. The scope includes superstructure demolition at a viaduct end, basement infill, concrete/drainage reinstatement, Passenger Boarding Bridge (SPBB) removal, new foundations, and temporary works.
Key Responsibilities
- Programming Risk: Develop master schedules, manage 3-week lookaheads, and drive risk mitigation.
- Stakeholder Management: Main point of contact for the client, port operations, and third parties.
- Commercial Procurement: Manage subcontractor procurement, site performance, and commercial control.
- Site Management QA: Oversee design management, Quality Assurance, site teams, and strict CDM 2015/H S compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing civil engineering schemes in ports, infrastructure, or utilities.
- Strong background in CDM 2015, subcontractor management, and site safety.
