The Role

As the lead Site Manager, you will report to the Contracts Manager but will have the autonomy to drive your phase forward. You'll be managing a fast-paced environment where quality, safety, and program adherence are non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities:

We need a proactive leader who doesn't need their hand held. You should be a problem-solver with a "boots on the ground" approach.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: You must have acted as a Number 1 Site Manager on significant residential (new build) projects previously.
  • Technical Knowledge: A deep understanding of traditional and/or timber frame construction methods.
  • Leadership: Strong presence on-site with the ability to motivate sub-contractors and meet tight deadlines.
  • Mandatory In-Date Tickets: SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme), CSCS Card (Black Managerial Card preferred), First Aid at Work (3-day).

Why Join Us?

  • Stability: A long-term project on an established, successful development.
  • Autonomy: The chance to run your own phase with a supportive management team behind you.
