Randstad are looking for a hard working and reliable CSCS qualified Handyperson across various residential projects around Margate.
Location: Margate, Kent
Contract type: Temporary
Start date: ASAP
Salary/Rate: £17-£19 (negotiable and dependant upon experience)
Duration: 3 months +
As a Handyman on site, you will be carrying out the following jobs:
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and groundwork.
- Install products and equipment.
- Basic painting, decorating and cleaning.
- Respond to requests in a professional manner.
- Repair plumbing systems.
- Conduct assessments and identify problems.
Essential skills / Experience:
- Valid CSCS card
- Own tools
- Multi skilled and experience of carrying out general maintenance work
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
- Full drivers licence is preferred but not essential
