Freelance Quantity Surveyor (Loss Adjusting / Insurance Claims)

Location: Central London

Duration: 2-3 Months (Freelance Contract)

Start Date: Immediate / Short Notice

Rate: 500 - 550 per day (Inside IR35)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor with a specialized background in insurance claims and loss adjusting to lead the pricing of a major property claim in Central London. Following a significant flooding event, we need a sharp, detail-oriented QS to meticulously pull together, scope, and price the reinstatement claim. If you have a proven track record of working closely with (or for) insurance companies and loss adjusters to navigate complex damage claims, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
