About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Groundworker who holds valid Dumper and Roller tickets for an immediate start on a busy commercial development site in the Tilbury area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled operative looking for consistent hours, competitive pay, and the potential for long-term work.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out all aspects of deep drainage, finishing work, curbing, and paving.
- Safe operation of Forward Tipping Dumpers and Ride-On Rollers on site.
- Assisting the site management team with daily groundworks tasks as required.
- Adhering strictly to health and safety regulations on site.
What We Need From You
- CPCS or NPORS Card: Must have Forward Tipping Dumper and Ride-On Roller categories.
- Experience: Proven track record in all aspects of groundworks (drainage and finishing experience is highly desirable).
- Reliability: Excellent timekeeping and a strong work ethic.
- Safety: Full personal protective equipment (PPE) and a safety-first mindset.
- References: Able to provide at least two recent, checkable work references.
