Key Requirements
- We are looking for a commercially astute professional with a proven track record in the international arena.
- Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying; MRICS status is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Project History: Extensive experience in the development of mixed-use hospitality or commercial projects valued at US$60M+.
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with PMWeb, On-Screen Take-Off, and/or CostX.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and mathematical skills, with the ability to navigate complex commercial landscapes both independently and within a team.
