As the Design Manager, you will be the bridge between conceptual engineering and physical reality, overseeing a complex 6-year program from preliminary design through to commissioning and handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Interface: Manage the design evolution between internal engineering teams, specialist consultants, and the client (SPT).
- DCO & Planning: Navigate the complexities of Development Consent Orders (DCO), ensuring all design changes remain within the parameters of environmental and planning constraints.
- Value Engineering: Identify and implement efficiencies in tower spotting, foundation design, and material selection.
