Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Provide cost estimations and quotations to clients on a daily basis
- Meet sub-contractors on site around the Wakefield district and relay scope of work to them to provide quotations to us
- Good IT skills required and a good understanding of a CAFM system / Microsoft Excel is desired
- Previous experience in the construction industry is desirable but not essential
- Successful candidate must be client facing and deal with clients almost daily (answering emails, responding and providing updates)
