Are you an experienced production professional looking for a dynamic role with a leading food ingredients company? We are seeking a motivated Production Operator to join our manufacturing team at our site in Manningtree.
In this role, you will be responsible for running production lines, producing high-quality finished goods, raw materials, and bespoke mixes to exact specifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Line Operations: Run production lines at optimum speed, ensuring all products are made to a high standard while assisting with assembly and packing.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with Health and Safety regulations, and immediately report any hazards or near misses.
- Food Safety Hygiene: Adhere to a strict "clean as you go" policy to ensure the production area complies with Food Regulations, and perform site cleaning tasks as required.
- Quality Assurance: Carry out timely Food Safety Quality Checks in line with company policies.
