Job Title: Skilled Pavior / Block Paver

Location: Eaglescliffe, Teesside (TS16)

Rate: 22.00 per hour (CIS)

Duration: 1 Month

Start Date: Immediate

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Pavior / Block Paver to join an active site in Eaglescliffe for a 1-month contract. The candidate will be responsible for delivering clean, high-standard block paving, kerb laying, and general groundworks/slabbing.

Key Responsibilities

• Laying block paving, flagstones, and tactile paving to specified patterns and levels.
• Setting out, screeding sand beds, and cutting blocks accurately using a disc cutter/block splitter.
• Installing kerbs, edgings, and drainage channels.
• Compacting and finishing surfaces cleanly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card (Blue Skilled Worker preferred).
• Proven experience in block paving and commercial/residential groundworks.
• Own 110V or cordless power tools / hand tools relevant to paving.
• Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis, safety boots).
• Valid CIS registration (UTR required for payment).
• Right to work in the UK.
