360 & Dumper Operative in Eaglescliffe

Job Title: Groundworks Gang - 360 Machine Operator & Dumper Driver (2-Person Gang)

Location: Eaglescliffe, Stockton-on-Tees

Pay Rate: Up to 23.00 per hour (CIS)

Duration: Ongoing

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced 2-person Groundworks Gang (360 Operative + Forward Tipping Dumper) for an immediate start in Eaglescliffe.

The ideal gang will be working on a residential/commercial site focusing primarily on high-standard finishing work. You will be working together to clear, level, and prepare site grounds to final inspection standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating 360 Excavator (above/below 10 tonne) and Forward Tipping Dumper safely and efficiently.

• Precision finishing work, including final trimming, grading, kerbing, edging, and slabbing support.

• Drainage adjustments, service trenching, and topsoiling.

• Working collaboratively with site management and strictly adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• CPCS or NPORS card required for both operatives (360 Excavator & Forward Tipping Dumper).

• Proven experience on groundworks projects with a strong focus on finishing work.

• Valid CIS registration (UTR number required).

• Relevant PPE (hard hat, high-vis, safety boots).

• Right to work in the UK.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
