Randstad C&P are working with a local client who are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with an extensive Fire Door background. Competitive rate of £17ph. Full-time, temporary opportunity (6 month contract), Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week.
Training and development opportunities.
- Perform scheduled and reactive remedial works, repairs, and adjustments on fire doors and frames.
- Carry out fire door inspections, installations and repairs identified on fire doors.
- Assist with other trades including general maintenance, minor joiner, minor plumbing etc.
- Ensure all repairs and installations adhere strictly to regulatory standards.
Prior fire door experience (Essential).
Experienced within a similar maintenance/trades position.
Must hold a full, clean UK driving licence.
Ambitious attitude and readiness to specialise in fire safety compliance.
Must hold or be able to pass a standard DBS.
