Randstad UK CPE team is currently recruiting Traffic Marshall's for a residential project in Wantage.

Location: Wantage

Pay Rate: 16.50 - 17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Guiding vehicles and heavy machinery through designated routes to ensure smooth traffic flow.
  • Using hand signals, signs, and radios to communicate clearly with drivers and operators.
  • Monitoring the site for obstructions or unsafe conditions and taking immediate action to mitigate risks.
  • Implementing established traffic management plans and ensuring the safety of pedestrians at crossing points.
  • Assisting with site security to deter unauthorized access and maintaining accurate records of traffic flow or incidents.
  • Participating in toolbox talks and reporting any safety hazards to site management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Valid NPORS or CPCS Card (Traffic Marshall/Vehicle Marshaller).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Traffic Marshall on utility or large-scale construction sites.
  • A recent, checkable work reference is essential.
  • A proactive approach to site safety and clear communication skills.

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
