Overview

Position: Configuration Support Engineer

Location: Desford, Leicestershire (Onsite)

Contract: 12 Months Temporary

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri, typically 8 AM - 4 PM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage current and new product configurations and options.
  • Maintain engineering master models and machine bills of material (BOM).
  • Review engineering change data and documentation to ensure policy compliance.
  • Coordinate and communicate design changes across cross-functional global teams.
  • Prepare configuration documentation to support product development.

Requirements

  • Change Control: Strong knowledge of identifying, evaluating, and implementing engineering changes.
  • Core Systems: Practical experience using Siemens Teamcenter and Creo 3D CAD.
  • Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Desirable: Prior engineering experience in a mobile construction equipment manufacturing environment.
