The Role
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to deliver high-quality surface finishes on a major infrastructure project in the West Midlands. - Hand Finishing: Skilled use of bull floats, easy floats, and hand trowels for edges and detailed work.
- Curing & Sealing: Applying curing compounds and sealants to prevent cracking and ensure durability.
- Shuttering Knowledge: Working with the formwork team to ensure levels are set correctly prior to the pour.
- Joint Cutting: Marking out and cutting expansion joints accurately.
Requirements
- CSCS Card: Valid Blue (Skilled Worker) card is preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of concrete slump, admixtures, and how weather conditions affect 'set' times.

- Eye for Detail: Ability to work to strict millimeter tolerances and levels.
Why Join This Project?
