Compliance Manager (Temp role)

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance/Subcontractor Manager to join our team on a temporary basis . In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the compliance aspects of subcontractors, ensuring they meet all safety, regulatory, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and ensure compliance across all subcontractors working on-site.
2. Manage service reports and induction processes for subcontractors.
3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to guarantee adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
4. Act as the main point of contact for all subcontractor compliance issues.
5. Maintain up-to-date records of compliance documentation.
6. Ensure a smooth and efficient process from induction to project completion.

Role Details:

1. Location: On-site (varied locations)
2. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
3. Contract Type: Temporary
4. Hourly Rate: 25/hour

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a compliance or subcontractor management role.
2. Strong knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
