- Perform complete electrical wiring and harness work, including precision crimping, routing, and soldering.
- Integrate and wire low-voltage DC systems, electric motors, motor controllers, and sensors.
- Confidently use standard hand and power tools to achieve high precision and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with our core engineering team in a fast-paced, hands‑on workshop environment.

- Assembly Experience: Proven background in electromechanical assembly of complex systems (e.g., robotics, EVs, AMRs, industrial equipment, or automation machinery).
- Electrical Skills: Practical experience with wiring harnesses, crimping, soldering, routing, and working with low-voltage DC power setups and motor/sensor integration.
- Blueprints & BOMs: Strong ability to independently read, interpret, and build from engineering drawings and BOM lists.
- Work Ethic: Confident with hand and power tools, strong attention to detail, and comfortable working dynamically in a small, close-knit team.
