Have knowledge of the materials and methods used in the building and maintenance industry.
Full current driving license required.
Competent to complete a wide variety of carpentry, plumbing and other trade tasks at a multi-skilled level.
Demonstrable experience with a variety of carpentry and plumbing works across a variety of properties.
Minimum NVQ level 2, or time-served experience in either carpentry, masonry and/or plumbing with proven competency in non-core trades.
