Salary: £27,028 per annum

Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hrs/week) | No Call-Outs / No Weekends

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role
/n
Looking for a stable, daytime maintenance role with a great work-life balance? We are hiring a Premises Officer to manage planned and reactive building maintenance at a single, static site in Derby with zero late-night call-outs or weekend work.

Key Responsibilities
/n
/n
- /n
Fabric Maintenance: Painting, decorating, fault finding, and general timber repairs.
/n
- /n
Compliance & Checks: Monthly water tap temperatures, flushing, fire alarm/lighting checks, and meter readings.
/n
- /n
Site Support: Subcontractor supervision, stock ordering, porterage, and minor landscape upkeep.
/n
- /n
Health & Safety: Assisting with site H&S compliance, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements (RAMS).
/n

Requirements
/n
/n
- /n
Time-served or qualified tradesperson (Fabric / Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer).
/n
- /n
Practical experience in building repairs with basic plumbing/electrical knowledge.
/n
- /n
Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and fixing defects.
/n
- /n
Full UK Driving Licence (Role requires passing Police Vetting).
/n
