We have an exciting opportunity for a Freelance Sub or Site Agent to work on a rail station upgrade project in Cardiff, Wales for 2-3 years.
As a Sub / Site Agent you will be working on Civils, with Buildings/Architecture, & MEP elements.
Duties will include:
- Managing Section Engineers and 50% subcontractor management, 50% self delivery
- Planning, forecasting and delivering work
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders
- Developing programmes, risk assessments, quality assurance
- Managing design, NCRs, RFI's, H&S etc.
Rate is outside IR35 paid LtdD up to £550 a day, depending on experience.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
