The role:
- Set up site dimensional control and maintain
- Establish effective systems to record work completed
- Setting out for the project
- Understand and assist in the implementation of site safety systems
- Ensure workforce and contractors understand setting out information
- Assist and prepare sketches for distribution on ensuring all teams understand the plans
- Preparation of as-builts
- Recording and testing of workmanship and materials i.e. drainage, concrete, piling and brickwork
- Maintain the drawing register
- Provide Engineering support to ensure technical problems are overcome and queries are answered
About you:
- Circa 4-5 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Laptop
- Working knowledge of CAD
- HNC or equivalent qualification
- CSCS Card
- SSSTS or above and a First Aid would be beneficial but isn't essential
- Be able to create and maintain detailed records of works on site
