We are a global leader in high-tech engineering, and we are seeking a visionary Senior Mechanical Engineer (NPI) to drive best-practice mechanical design for next-generation manufacturing equipment.

Reporting to the Associate Principal Mechanical Engineer, you will be the technical anchor for high-profile projects, guiding complex subsystems from initial concept through to high-volume production. This is an exceptional opportunity to champion engineering excellence, mentor rising talent, and see your designs operating on a global scale.

  • Technical Leadership: Take full responsibility for the mechanical delivery of subsystems and cutting-edge technology developments. Advocate for and implement robust mechanical engineering standards to optimize project timelines, cost, quality, and strict technical governance (safety, compliance, and reliability). Shape and distribute technical work packages across multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring seamless passage through critical project milestones.
  • Mentor & Inspire: Act as a role model and technical mentor for junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, consistency, and high-quality output.

A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is essential (Master's or equivalent experience is highly desirable). A proven track record of applying 'Design for X' principles (Manufacture, Assembly, Cost, Maintainability, etc.) Strong 2D and 3D CAD skills paired with a thorough, deep understanding of mechanical design best practices. Solid experience in mechanical design within a relatable, high-precision engineering industry (e.g., semiconductors, automation, aerospace, or medical devices).

Execution Focus: The ability to translate complex, ambiguous requirements into robust, real-world design solutions while staying fiercely focused on project milestones.
