We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer with an HVAC Bias to join a leading Facilities Management team. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems and associated building services to ensure our client's sites remain operational and safe.
Maintenance & Repair: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on HVAC systems and building services.
Sub-contractor Management: Supervise and assist contractors, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
Qualifications: City & Guilds or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline (HVAC/Mechanical/Electrical).
Experience: Proven background within a maintenance or facilities management environment. Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and building statutory compliance. Ability to work at heights, manual handling capability (up to 20kg), and a Full UK Driving License.
Flexibility: Willingness to participate in a call-out rota. Varied role with exposure to multiple retail sites and diverse engineering challenges. Competitive salary and a workplace culture focused on wellbeing and development. Company vehicle provided for business use.
