Key Responsibilities- Conducting management surveys with Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) elements on social housing properties.
- Surveying communal areas associated with residential blocks.
- Performing re-inspections and assessing external property elements as required.
- Qualifications: Must hold a valid BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 qualification.
- Experience: Demonstrable recent experience in conducting surveys, particularly within a social housing or residential setting, is essential.
