Role Purpose
A leading organization is seeking three skilled Contract Specialists to support a large-scale corporate remediation project. In this role, you will review and manage existing commercial agreements during a legal entity name change, identifying potential risks and ensuring appropriate customer communications and actions are executed across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Review high volumes of commercial contracts and tender documentation across multiple regional portfolios.
- Assess specific contract provisions, including notification requirements, consent clauses, transferability, novation, and assignment.
- Identify, document, and track contractual risks associated with corporate entity name changes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and engage directly with clients to manage updates relating to the legal name change.
- Maintain highly accurate compliance trackers to record contract status, actions, and customer responses.
Key Requirements
- Language Skills: Professional reading and interpreting proficiency in English alongside at least one (or more) of the following languages: French, Spanish, Italian, or German.
- Experience: Proven background in commercial contract review, contract administration, paralegal duties, or legal support roles.
- Contractual Knowledge: Solid understanding of core commercial clauses, specifically assignment, novation, change of control, and notification periods.
- Technical Skills: High attention to detail with a structured approach to risk identification and strong proficiency in maintaining project trackers.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
