Assistant Site Manager

Warrington
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Assistant Site Manager for a new build, low-rise apartment project in Warrington.
You will be responsible for supporting the Site Manager in driving the project forward, overseeing subcontractors, and ensuring the highest standards of health & safety and quality are met.
Requirements:

Proven experience on new build residential projects, namely internals packages

Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates.
