Randstad is working in conjunction with a valued and cherished client who require the immediate services of a P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor to cover a housing contract (individual dwellings and communal areas).
The companies management and technical staff have a wealth of experience and pride themselves in being able to offer the highest standards of workmanship.
The Role:
- Undertaking Management, Refurbishment and Demolition asbestos surveys (as defined in HSG264)
- Carrying out re-inspections, updating asbestos registers and asbestos management plans, ensuring that inspection works are carried out in accordance with documented procedures and comply with the quality system.
- Recording all site data and compiling inspection reports.
- Reporting findings through verbal and written communications.
About You:
- You will be a P402 qualified surveyor who has a proven post qualification track record.
- You must have your own toolkit and transportation.
- This is expected to be an open-ended and ongoing contract, where we particularly welcome applications from Asbestos Surveyors who are looking for some ad-hoc work to top up their own private work. It is envisaged that you could be working for between 1-3 days on any given week.
