Randstad Construction & Property is working on behalf of a National Facilities Management company to find an experienced and collaborative Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless communication across various sites.
Location: Brierley HillSalary: Competitive β Β£13.71 / Β£15.36Employment Type: Full time role starting ASAP and could be permanent for the right candidate
An average day will include the following:
- Provide front-line admin support for facilities-related issues and requests.
- Establish and maintain good supplier relations to ensure effective delivery and quality of Installations* Experience in document control is highly desirable* Excellent IT skills with Microsoft applications and other in house IT Management systems (Maximo, SAP and Coupa)* Excellent communication and customer service skills* Strong interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills* Demonstrate good time management skills, working to deadlines and adhering to set procedures.* Needs to be versatile and adaptive* Credible experience within a general administrative position* Excellent organisational skills* Willingness to learn & develop
An ideal candidate will have:
- Ideally have a DBS or would be willing to do one if successful for the role
- Previous experience in facilities management or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and facilities management software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of building maintenance systems and processes is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
An ideal candidate will be:
