Salary: Up to £41,900. A Facilities Management company seeks an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a static commercial site near Oxford. The role is Monday to Friday and focuses on performing PPMs and reactive works on all main electrical plant and equipment, managing site compliance, overseeing CAFM/logbook systems, and supervising subcontractors. Inclusion in a call-out rota is required.
Responsibilities
- Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance on main electrical plant and equipment.
- Manage site compliance and oversee CAFM/logbook systems.
- Supervise subcontractors.
- Be available for inclusion in the call-out rota.
Qualifications
- Fully Electrically Qualified (NVQ L3/equivalent with AM2).
- 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations.
- 2391 Testing & Inspection (Highly desirable).
- Experience in commercial/occupied office environments.
- Must be able to obtain a DBS check.
