Role Information and Duties

This is a fully qualified, hands-on role requiring a Level 3 Plumbing/Mechanical qualification and previous experience in a similar setting. You must be comfortable with the scope of work and participating in an on-call rota (if required) once familiar with the site.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • AHU Maintenance
  • FCU Maintenance
  • Calorifier inspection
  • TMV maintenance
  • Maintenance on Boilers and L8 systems
  • Drainage work, including unblocking toilets/waste pipes
  • Repairing leaks
  • General planned and reactive plumbing/mechanical duties

Work Schedule & Equipment

Work Pattern: Monday - Friday (Days only initially)

Hours: 07:00 AM - 16:00 PM

Required Dress Code/PPE: Safety Boots, Hi Viz Jacket, and Wet Weather Gear.

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
