Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Electrician (Social Housing)
Location: Woking & Surrounding Surrey Areas
Salary: £43,000 per annum

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join a high-performing domestic maintenance contract covering housing stock across Woking and local surrounding areas. You will be carrying out day-to-day electrical responsive repairs, fault finding, testing, and remedial works in occupied and void social housing properties.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out electrical maintenance, fault finding, and repair work in domestic properties.

Perform testing, inspection (EICRs), and remedial works in accordance with 18th Edition standards.

Complete daily job scheduling and work orders efficiently using a mobile handheld device.

Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional standards with local residents.
Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or C&G Level 3 equivalent).

18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).

C&G 2391 / 2394 / 2395 Inspection & Testing certification (highly desirable).

Demonstrated experience in domestic social housing, void refurbishments, or responsive repairs.

Full UK Driving Licence (essential for company vehicle insurance).
