Position: MEWP Operator / Civils Operative
Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Role Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced MEWP Operator for an immediate start in Stoke-on-Trent. You will be operating access machinery and carrying out civils duties, specifically pointing up with mortar inside a shaft structure.
Mandatory Requirements

Tickets: Valid MEWP Ticket (IPAF 3a/3b or CPCS/NPORS equivalent).

Safety Accreditation:Medium Risk Confined Space certification (City & Guilds 6160-02 / 6150-02 or equivalent).

Card: Valid CSCS Card.

Skills & Experience: Proven civils background, with practical experience pointing up masonry/brickwork/concrete with mortar inside shafts or chamber environments.

PPE: Full standard site PPE including hard hat, safety boots, high-vis, and harness/lanyard for MEWP operations where required.
Key Responsibilities

Safely operating mobile elevated work platforms on site.

Working within shaft environments adhering strictly to Medium Risk Confined Space protocols.

Carrying out mortar pointing and finishing works to shaft walls.

Adhering to site health & safety, risk assessments, and safe working procedures.
