Job Title: Skilled Labourer
Duration: 4-6 Weeks
Location: Forrest Hall , North Tyneside
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: £19 CIs or £15.50 PAYE rolled up
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Skilled Labourer for a 3 to 4-week contract carrying out general building and exterior fitting works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing rainwater goods (gutters, downpipes, and hopper heads)
- Fitting flue baskets and GRP door/window canopies
- Cable clipping and neat containment fixing
- Assisting with general builder's tasks and site maintenance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in skilled site labor or general building work
- Ability to work comfortably at height for canopy and rainwater installations
- Own hand tools and cordless power tools strongly preferred
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Valid CSCS card
- Must be clean shaven
- Must be prepared to complete or have : Asbestos awareness, manual handling, working at heights
