Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities: Act as the voice of the customer, leading interactions with internal subject matter experts and end-users to define key problems, requirements, and solutions. Own the product strategy and vision while maintaining roadmaps, defining the minimum viable product (MVP), and establishing criteria for success. Perform data-driven and cost-benefit analyses to build and prioritise the product backlog. Translate business needs to technical teams (including engineering and US teams), and translate technical needs back to the business. Work closely with User Experience designers to lead customer feedback sessions and validate innovative user experience flows.
