Randstad CPE are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to oversee Self Delivery civils works in West London on a Prestigious High Speed rail project. The successful candidate will have a strong civils background with experience working in a Self delivery Sub contractor environment.

Duties Include:

  • Direct Resource Management: Coordinate and allocate in-house labour, plant, and materials to maximise daily site productivity.
  • Commercial & Cost Control: Track daily operational costs, plant hire, and material usage, and record scope variations.
  • Programme Delivery: Drive short-term operational schedules (e.g., 3-week look-aheads) and monitor daily output in line with the main contractor's master programme.
  • Strict Safety & Compliance: Enforce site-specific health and safety protocols (RAMS, daily briefings, inductions) and ensure all direct operatives comply with industry regulations.
  • Quality & Technical Assurance: Ensure work matches engineering drawings and specifications, and manage the quality sign-off processes (ITPs).

This role is paid CIS or LTD Outside IR35. Please only apply if you meet the requirements above.
