The Role

You'll be the backbone of the campus infrastructure, maintaining the critical heating, ventilation, and plumbing systems that keep our students and faculty comfortable year-round.

- Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on commercial HVAC, plant rooms, and plumbing systems.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults, from pumps and motors to heat exchangers and AHUs.
- Monitor and optimize the Building Management System (BMS) for maximum efficiency.
- Support small-scale mechanical installation projects and system upgrades.
- Ensure all works meet current health, safety, and environmental regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified: NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or Plumbing & Heating.
