About the Role
We are recruiting a reliable, hard-working General Labourer for an upcoming residential build in Maidstone, starting on Monday, 21st September 2026. This role offers full-time hours, consistent weekly pay, and steady, ongoing work through the autumn with a reputable main contractor.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting site trades (bricklayers, carpenters, groundworkers) with daily operations.
- Offloading delivery vehicles and moving building materials safely across site levels.
- Keeping access routes, walkways, and work areas clean, safe, and clear of hazards.
- Sweeping, clearing debris, and managing site recycling skips.
- Following site health & safety rules and wearing full PPE at all times.
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card (Green Labourer card or above essential).
- Full PPE (Steel toe-cap boots, high-vis vest/jacket, hard hat, and gloves).
- Previous general site labouring experience.
- Hard-working, punctual, and dependable work ethic.
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
- Right to work in the UK.
Working Hours & Benefits
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (40-45 hours per week).
- Start Date: Monday, 21st September 2026.
- Duration: Ongoing long-term work.
- Weekly pay via CIS, Umbrella, or PAYE options.
