We are seeking an experienced and analytical Asset Manager to join our team on a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave through to September 2027.
Operating within a mature, multi-site public sector environment, this key role works in partnership with a high-profile client to lead effective asset management and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) strategies across a complex national estate. Positioned within a high-performing Integrator delivery model, you will ensure asset data integrity, streamline supply chain PPM processes, and drive long-term forward works planning.
Key Responsibilities

Asset & PPM Strategy: Oversee, mature, and standardise asset management processes and PPM scheduling across multiple supply chain partners and internal teams.

Team Leadership: Line manage, mentor, and develop a team of PPM and Asset Coordinators.

Data Integrity & Quality Assurance: Maintain an accurate asset register, audit change control protocols, and transform multi-source data into actionable strategic insights.

Statutory Compliance & Reporting: Deliver robust statutory compliance reporting, including verifying certificates, monitoring statutory PPM completion, and tracking remedial works.

Risk & Lifecycle Management: Identify asset management risks, align activity with the client's overall estates strategy, and ensure the Forward Works Plan accurately reflects ongoing lifecycle and project changes.

Stakeholder & Supply Chain Engagement: Collaborate with client teams (including BIM specialists) and external supply chain partners to upskill teams, onboard new suppliers, and embed asset management best practices.

Continuous Improvement: Assess and refine asset management systems, supporting service innovation and drive account development.
What You BringEssential Experience & Qualifications:

Industry Background: Strong understanding of Facilities Management (FM)

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience using CAFM / CMMS platforms alongside advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.

Change & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage business process change and build strong collaborative relationships across internal teams, clients, and supply chain partners.

Vetting: Eligibility to clear required client security vetting.
