As part of an ambitious national growth drive, Randstad is partnering with one of the UK's largest and most trusted environmental compliance organisations - a FTSE 250 parent group known for market-leading building safety services. Acting as their talent partner, we are seeking a certified Asbestos Site Analyst to deliver high-standard technical analysis for surveys carried out across commercial, industrial and domestic properties.

Location: Greater London

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all site operations comply with standard operating procedures, quality management systems, and environmental health & safety regulations.
  • Author, review, and finalize technical reports, deliver risk recommendations, and manage client and contractor communications.
  • Participate in quality audits, prepare safety risk assessments, and escalate legal or insurer-notifiable incidents.
  • Provide technical guidance and compliance oversight for junior staff, maintaining high standards across business objectives.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • To be considered for this role, applicants must hold BOHS P403 and P404 qualification (or RSPH equivalent).
  • Proven experience conducting asbestos surveys within domestic, commercial, or industrial environments.
  • A Full UK Driving Licence.
