Site Manager (Marine Civils Port Infrastructure) Location: Regional Port / Maritime Facility Rate: £350 - £400 per day negotiable (CIS) Working Pattern: Fully Site-Based (07:30 - 17:00) Start Date: Immediate / ASAP Project Overview We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a major civil engineering and port infrastructure package. The scope involves complex structural demolition, civil reinstatements, and foundation works within a live maritime facility. Project Scope Includes: Demolition Reinstatement: Controlled demolition of a building superstructure at the end of a viaduct, basement infill, scaffold protection, and surface reinstatement with concrete and drainage. Passenger Boarding Bridge (SPBB) Works: Full demolition and off-site removal of existing SPBB assets, foundation demolition, modifications, and construction of new reinforced concrete foundations.
