Responsibilities Lead site teams in delivering highway maintenance and improvement schemes, including surfacing, drainage, and paving. Ensure all operatives and subcontractors are set to work safely with clear task briefings and robust risk controls. Maintain daily site records, progress updates, and project documentation. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and the public, to ensure successful project outcomes.
